Perishable items (food, groceries, medicine): Non-returnable unless delivered damaged or incorrect.

2. Conditions for Returns

Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used items (e.g., food).
Discounted or promotional products.

Personal hygiene or pharmaceutical products.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo.
