HaterKache provides the following services via its platform:

Online Shop. (general products)
Grocery Delivery.
Food Delivery.
Pharmacy Products.
Rent a Car. 

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Account

Users must register an account to place orders.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your details updated.

4. Ordering and Payments

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

We accept digital and cash payments as specified at checkout.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled after confirmation unless stated.

5. Delivery Policy

Delivery times may vary based on location, product type, and availability.

We aim to deliver within the estimated time, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery charges may apply and will be disclosed during checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

Perishable items (like food or groceries) are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
